Lift Truck Tie Down
1. Remove the battery from the lift truck.
2. Put blocks in front and back of load wheels and drive tire
to prevent movement of the lift truck.
3. Place straps in positions shown in Figure 26.
a. On drive end of lift truck, wrap the strap behind the
bumper and inside left-hand and right-hand cowl.
b. At the center of the lift truck, wrap the strap around
each side of the mast. Do not wrap strap around lift cyl-
inders.
c. On fork end of lift truck, wrap the strap through load
wheel opening.
4. Attach straps at anchor points shown in Figure 26.
