4. RemovalofMAIN(1)P.C.B.
a. Disconnect cables from Connectors (CB417, CB416,
CB306, CB412) in Fig. 3.
b. Remove the cap (6) from the Digital Output Terminal in
Fig. 4.
c. Remove 3 screws (7), 1 screw (8) and 2 screws (9)
in Fig. 4.
d. Remove 1 screw (0) and 5 screws (A) and then
remove the MAIN (1) P.C.B. in Fig. 4.
5. RemovalofCDMechanismUnit
a. Remove 2 screws (B) and 2 screws (C) in Fig. 5. and
then remove the Frame/P.C.B..
b. Remove 4 screws (D) in Fig. 5.
c. Disconnect the cable from the connectors (5P, 6P) of
the motor P.C.B. of the CD mechanism unit. (Fig. 5)
d. Disconnect the cable from the connector (CB404) and
remove the CD mechanism unit. (Fig. 5)
6. RemovalofTrayUnit
a. Remove 2 screws (E) and then remove the Chucking
Unit in Fig. 6.
b. Remove 1 hook and then remove the Stopper Pin in
Fig. 6.
c. Rotate the Drive Gear and then open the Tray Unit in
Fig. 6.
d. Detach the Stoppers on both sides and then pull out the
Tray in Fig. 6.
4. MAIN（1）P.C.B.の外し方
a. コネクター（CB417、CB416、CB306、CB412）から
ケーブルを外します。（図3）
b. デジタル出力端子のキャップ⑥を外します。（図4）
c. ⑦のネジ3本、⑧のネジ1本、⑨のネジ2本を外します。
（図4）
d. ⑩のネジ1本、⑪のネジ5本を外し、MAIN（1）P.C.B.を
外します。（図4）
5. CDメカユニットの外し方
a. ⑫のネジ2本、⑬のネジ2本を外し、フレーム/P.C.B.を
外します。（図5）
b. ⑭のネジ4本を外します。（図5）
c. CDメカユニットのモーター基板のコネクター（5P、6P）
からケーブルを外します。（図5）
d. コネクター（CB404）からケーブルを外し、CDメカユ
ニットを外します。（図5）
6. トレイユニットの外し方
a. ⑮のネジ2本を外し、チャッキングユニットを取り外し
ます。（図6）
b. ストッパーピンを止めているフックを手前に引き、ス
トッパーピンを外します。（図6）
c. ドライブギヤを回して、トレイを前方に出します。（図
6）
d. 両サイドのストッパーを外側に押して、トレイを引き出
します。（図6）
