5. Insert the compact disc into the computer’s CD-ROM drive.
NOTE:
• All the database files will be copied from the compact disc to the computer’s hard drive automati-
cally.
• Any earlier version of the database saved on the hard drive will be overwritten.
6. Click the
OK
button to start copying the database files. (Fig. 12)
