2. Pedal Measurement
• On the MarkII and MarkIII, LOUD PEDAL and SOFT PEDAL are offered as separate items.
Enter maintenance mode: Hold down [ ] and [ ] and switch on the power.
Press [R] three times.
Enter maintenance mode: Hold down [ ] and [ ] and switch on the power.
Press [R] four times.
• PRO: LOUD/SHIFT
Enter maintenance mode: Hold down [ ] and [ ] and switch on the power.
Press [+/YES] once.

3. Half-Point Manual Adjustment
• Mark II, Mark III: Half-pedal adjustment starts automatically after the loud-pedal stroke is measured.
• PRO: Half-pedal adjustment starts automatically after the loud-pedal and shift-pedal strokes are mea-
sured.
• Adjust the dial so that mute time is 1.5 sec.
• Press the REC button to store to memory. (If you don’t press REC, the 10th data
value is stored to memory.)
• Existing half-point data is cleared immediately when pedal stroke measurement
is carried out.
4. MIDI 7F Manual Compensation
• On UP models only: At the initial pedal-measurement screen, press the [FUNC] button.
Step on the pedal with normal weight (not too strongly), hold it at stroke-end position, and press the
[REC] button.
