D Thermostatic valve
Valve does not open at 80.5 83.5_C
Replace.
Inspection steps:
D Suspend the thermostatic valve in a vessel.
D Place a reliable thermometer in water.
D Observe the thermometer, while continually
stirring the water.

The thermostatic valve is sealed and its setting
requires specialized work. If its accuracy is in
doubt, replace it. A faulty unit could cause seri-
ous overheating or over-cooling.
