Display Cause Troubleshooting
The initial error (A)
Turned on the scale while
a heavy item was placed.
Remove the item from the pan, and
then press

Turn on the scale while a
foreign material was stuck
between the main body
and the pan.
Check if a foreign material is not stuck
or does not contact the pan. Then

. When the scale does
not return to normal, contact the
retailer from which the scale was
purchased for troubleshooting.

Pressed
while a
heavy item was on the
pan in the middle of the
operation.
The weight of the item is beyond the

Remove the item from the pan, and

Turned on the scale while

And then, removed it and

Turn off the scale. And reapply the
power after a brief interval.

electricity was applied or
