Water Filter (Optional)
When
operating the engine in areas where the sea water
contains
a large amount of mud, sand or other foreign
matter, a sea water
filter
should be provided between the
kingston cock and the
sea
water pump.
Occasionally
inspect the
sea
water
filter
and clean the
dirt
and
scale
off the element. Remove the
dirt
and sand from
the bottom of the
filter.
