3. Digital Operator
Status LEDs
Mode Display
Key
 Changes over from control
with the digital operator to
control via the terminal
block.
 Invokes the JOG speed,
which has top priority.
 Reverses the direction of
rotation of the motor.
 Starts the motor. The LED in
the top left corner of the but-
ton comes on to indicate
that the motor is running.
 Increases the parameter
number or data value.
FWD: Lights up when a forward
run command is input.
REV: Lights up when a reverse
run command is input.
REF: Lights up when the fre-
quency reference from con-
trol circuit terminals A1 and
A2 is enabled.
SEQ: Lights up when the run com-
mand from the control circuit
terminal is enabled.
ALARM: Lights up when an error
or alarm has occurred.
DRIVE: Lights up in Drive
Mode.
QUICK: Lights up in Quick
Programming Mode.
ADV: Lights up inAdvanced
Programming Mode.
VERIFY: Lights up in Verify
Mode.
A.TUNE: Lights up in
Autotuning Mode
Data Display
Key
 Returns to previous menu in
the hierarchy without sav-
ing.
 Switches menu within the
hierarchy.
 Adopts parameter setting
data. Entering a parameter
number in the PRGM mode
displays the associated
data.
 Advances position on the
display. Pressing this button
when there is a malfunction
resets the inverter (acknowl-
edgement)
 Stops the motor. The LED in
the top left corner of the but-
ton comes on to indicate
that the motor is stopped.
 Decreases the parameter
number or data value.
Displays monitor data, con-
stant numbers, and settings.
