2. If the WPP20 is first connected to the computer, you need to manually start the Yealink Wireless
Presentation Pod software from This PC in Windows 10 or from My Computer in Windows 7 and then
upgrade the WPP20.
After starting the software, if it prompts that the firmware version is different from the host version,
you need to upgrade the WPP20 according to the prompts.
For the WPP20 running old versions, after starting the software, you need to manually upgrade the
firmware on the software at the path > Version Update.
After successful upgrade, the WPP20 is ready for content sharing.

Optional: After starting the software, > Touch Click Sharing Method, select Copy Screen or
Extended Screen from the drop-down menu.
Copy Screen: Share the computer screen completely with other staff.
Extended Screen: Move the file you want to share, and only share the file with other people.
4. Do one of the following:
On the WPP20, press the presentation button to copy or extend screen (it defaults to the settings of
Touch Click Sharing Method).
On the WPP20, long press the presentation button until a pop-up box appears, select copy or extend
the screen, or select the files you want to share, and then click Start Sharing.
On the Yealink Wireless Presentation Pod software, click Contents Share, select copy or extend the
screen, or choose the file you want to share, and then click Start Sharing.
The content you want to share is automatically projected to the display device.
Tip: Go to Yealink website for the latest version of the firmware.

Procedure
Do one of the following:
On your computer, remove the WPP20.
On the WPP20, press the presentation button.
On the Yealink Wireless Presentation Pod software, click Stop Sharing.
Tip:
You can tap Stop Present to stop sharing content when the device is idle.
During a meeting, tap Stop Presenting to stop sharing content with the participants.
Using BYOD Mode
BYOD stands for bring your own device. In BYOD mode, you can use the audio and video devices of the
Microsoft Teams conference system as a third-party conference peripheral. When holding a meeting on the
PC, you can use the camera, speaker, and microphone of Microsoft teams conference system and display
the video content on the screen connected to MeeetingBar A20/A30. To enable the BYOD mode, you need
to purchase a MVC-BYOD-Extender. For more information about how to connect MVC BYOD Extender,
please refer to MVC-BYOD-Extender Quick Use Guide.
Note: MVC840/MVC640/MVC400 support BYOD mode.
