• It will take approximately 2 minutes for the alignment adjustment to complete.
• After alignment is executed, the AQ6370D does not automatically perform internal wavelength
calibration. Perform wavelength calibration according to the instructions in “Wavelength Calibration Using
an External Light Source” in section 3.7, “Wavelength Calibration.”
• If you cancel alignment adjustment, it will be invalid. The AQ6370E will be in the same condition as it
was before alignment adjustment was executed.
