5.3.2 Self Test (Memory_ACQ RAM)
The Memory (ACQ RAM) test is performed and its result is displayed. When the test
has been completed normally, “Pass” is displayed on the screen (refer to Figure 5.6).
When the test detects a problem, “Failed” is displayed on the screen. Refer to the Table
5.3 to choose the relevant defective assembly. The number of the Acquisition Board test
depends on the model as follows.
70082_: ACQ Board 1
70084_: ACQ Board 1, 2
70086_: ACQ Board 1, 2, 3
70088_: ACQ Board 1, 2, 3, 4

5.3.3 Self Test (Key Board)
Check the operations key-switches, rotary knobs and Jog-Shuttle on the front panel.
1) Press the “Test item” option in the Self test menu. Repeat to pressing “Test item” to
select “Key Board” option. Press the “Exec” option to start the key test.
2) Press the indicated key on the screen and check each key item characters is reversed. To
stop the key test, press the SHIFT + ESC key.
