5.8 Changing the Power Fuse
WARNING
To prevent fire, only use a fuse that matches the designated rated values (current, voltage,
and type).
Be sure to turn the instrument off and remove the power cord before you change the fuse.
Do not short the fuse holder.

Pour éviter tout incendie, utiliser uniquement un fusible adapté aux valeurs nominales
indiquées (courant, tension et type).
Veiller à éteindre l’instrument et à retirer le cordon secteur avant de changer le fusible.
Ne jamais mettre le porte-fusible en court-circuit.

How to Change the Fuse
To change the fuse, follow the procedure below.
1.
Turn off the power.
2.
Remove the power cord from the power inlet.
3.
Insert a flat-blade screwdriver into the fuse holder groove on the right side panel of the
instrument, turn the screwdriver, and remove the fuse holder from the instrument.
4.
Remove the blown fuse from the fuse holder.
5.
Insert a new fuse into the fuse holder, and re-attach the fuse holder to the instrument.
