Check if there is a paper jam: remove the paper roll, carefully cut the damaged
paper from the roll and replace the roll.
Connection with ePOS equipment/PC through USB does not function
Normally, the USB cable is recognized by the ePOS equipment/PC.
In case of installation problems, contact your vendor for a compatible USB
driver.
