FRONT OUTLETS OF EXTERNAL
HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT
Upon customer request, the tractor may
be equipped with external hydraulic
circuit outlets placed in the front part.
The quick-couplers (1) and (2) are
pressure, the quick-coupler (0) is directly
connected with the area of final drive
housing and is designed for reverse oil
from external hydraulic appliances
Quick-coupler sockets with bore of
12.5 mm comply with international
recommendation ISO.
FRONT OUTLETS OF EXTERNAL HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT CONTROLS
Front outlets of external hydraulic circuit are controlled by a lever (a) which has four
positions:
N -
Neutral position. Outlets to the quick-coupler (1) and (2) are closed and the
oil in the connected hydraulic equipment is blocked. The lever (a) is locked
in this position.
1 -
Pressure in the quick-coupler (1). The quick-coupler (2) is connected with
waste. The lever (a) is locked in this position. In the case that the pressure
in hydraulic circuit connected to the quick-coupler (1) increases to the value
of 16.5 MPa, the lever (a) returns automatically to (N) position – “kick-out”
function

Pressure in the quick-coupler (2). The quick-coupler (1) is connected with
the waste. The lever (a) is locked in this position. If the pressure in hydraulic
circuit connected to the quick-coupler increases to 16.5 MPa, the lever (a)
returns automatically to (N) position – “kick-out” function
P -
Floating position. Both quick couplers (1) and (2) are connected with waste
and oil can flow freely in both directions. The lever
(a) is locked in this position.
