While shipping the device to the Manufacturer’s technical service, it

Check if the the HDMI and LCD cables
are connected. If the problem reoccurs,
contact Zortrax Support Center through

Error #18 Firmware mal-
function
Control board error. Download the latest rmware update
from https://support.zortrax.com/down-
loads/. Transfer the update.zar2 le to
a USB ash drive. Plug the USB into the
port at the front of the printer and select
Refresh to start the installation.
