Troubleshooting
13.1 Overview
Here are offers some suggestions to solve problems you might encounter. The potential problems are
divided into the following categories.
• Power
• Zyxel Device Access and Login
• Internet Access
• Wireless Internet Access
• WiFi Connections
13.2 Power
The Zyxel Device does not turn on. The LCD display is not on.
1 Make sure the battery is charged. Press the power button to turn the Zyxel Device on (Section 1.4 on
page 11).
2 If the problem continues, contact the vendor.
13.3 Zyxel Device Access and Login
I forgot the IP address for the Zyxel Device.
1 The default IP address is 192.168. 225.1.
2 If you changed the IP address and have forgotten it, you have to reset the device to its factory defaults.
To reset your Zyxel Device, use the LCD touch screen to go to Settings > Restore Default and then select
Restore.
