Select the managed AP to the Collected APs.

Collect Now.
Download log files.
Figure 118 MAINTENANCE > Diagnostics > Diagnostics > Files > Download
Provide topology/controller config/packet/remote access/Diagnostic info
to HQ to do advanced check.
