The procedure of the troubleshooting:
1. Check the configuration of the controller and AD server.
2. Check the port number of AD server.
3. Ping the AD server and AP
4. Ping the domain name
5. Information collection and report the issue to the HQ.
6. Analysis for System logs and Packets.
