After assigning a profile to a selected magazine, click or double click the profile to activate for
processing.
The following operation buttons are available:
– Select/Deselect all
– Go to Magazine View
– Restore modified attributes to default
– Batch preview
– Give priority to selected magazine
NOTE: To select multiple magazines, use CTRL or SHIFT keys during selection.
Click to launch scanning process based on the selected profiles. You can assign another
profile to magazines that are not yet selected and if the scanning process is already running. After
selection and profile assignment, click to add them to the processing queue, then click
to start scanning process.
The status of a magazine is indicated by a LED next to it. The following colors are used for different
statuses:
• White – Magazine has been inserted and checked for correctness
• Blue – Magazine is inserted but it has not been checked yet
• Purple – Magazine is involved in a process
• Green dims – Magazine is being processed
• Green – The processing of dedicated slides in the magazine is finished
• Red dims – Some type of error has occurred during the process and the process is halted
until the error is eliminated. For more information see section 6.2 Troubleshooting.
• Red – Some type of error has occurred during the process
These statuses are also presented real-time in the Home View of the control software.
Magazines processed in Scanning Queue receive a sequence number and are locked, therefore
cannot be edited.
Processing sequence can be modified by first selecting the magazine, then clicking the button to
move the magazine to the first available position in the queue.
Double-click a magazine thumbnail in Home View to open the Magazine View panel on which a list
of contained slides and the set parameters are listed.
