Controller Flow Alarm conditions:
Flow > High Limit = H
Flow Low Limit = L
Low < Flow < High = N
Alarm Settings Reply parameters:
M – mode (E/D)
Hv – High settings value
Lv – Low settings value
A – Action Delay (sec)
L – Latch mode (0-1)
P – Power Up delay (sec)
