4.7 Minimum oil-level in transformer
Oil spillage
Oil spillages that are not removed can be misstaken for oil-leakage at a later time, it is thus important to
remove them.
Procedure
1. Make sure that the transformer oil-level is
maximum 30 mmfrom the lower side of the
bushing flange.
CAUTION!
A lower oil-level will reduce the
electrical insulation.

4.8 Installation of the outer terminal
Procedure
1. Prepare the contact surface (47) and gasket
surface (87):
1. Carefully clean the contact surface and
gasket surface with a soft cloth.
2. Apply Vaseline to the contact surface.
3. Apply Mobilgrease 28 to the gasket surface.
CAUTION!
Do not use a wire brush on the tin/zinc
coating (47).
