6.2 Checking the oil-level
Overview
The oil-level at normal and high temperatures, must always be above the red area on the oil-level indicator.
If the oil-level is in the red area, fill the bushing with clean and dry transformer oil. Please contact Hitachi
ABB Power Grids for the correct oil-level. Oil-filling is only allowed when the temperature of the bushing is
between +5 °C and +35 °C.
Procedure
1. Check the oil-level.
NOTE!
The oil-level must be above the red
area (29).
