The unit is sensitive to ESD. Before handling the
unit please read the safety information in the
section The unit is sensitive to ESD on page 64

For robots with protection type Clean Room2
For robots with food grade lubrication
For robots with protection type Hygienic
Clean the joints that have been opened and wipe
the parts free from particles with spirit on a lint
free.
