Rundlaufwerte für Nippel und Schmierrad
True run values for nipple and oil slinger
Vorsicht ! Rundlauf B2 am Schmierrad kontrollie-
ren; max. Toleranz s. Tabelle unten.
- Bei einem Rundlauffehler der ausserhalb der Tole-
ranz liegt ist eine Service-Stelle zu kontaktieren (s.
Kap. 8).
Vorsicht ! Ist der Rundlauf OK, Zunge des Siche-
rungs bleches (34113) biegen.
- Nippel (34185) mit Zyl.-Schrauben (34181) und
Federring (34182) montieren (s. Fig. 5-8/5).
Vorsicht ! Rundlauf B1 am Nippel kontrollieren;
max. Toleranz siehe Tabelle unten.
- Saugrohr im Lagerraumdeckel (48000) und Düse
(34190) auf Durchgängigkeit prüfen und nötigenfalls
reinigen.
- Kolbenring (34191) und Düse (34190) auf Beschä-
digung prüfen und bei Bedarf ersetzen (s. Fig.
5-8/6).
- Lagerdeckeldichtung (34154) auf Beschädigung
prüfen und bei Bedarf ersetzen.
- Lagerraumdeckel TS (48000) mit Schrauben
(51011), Unterlagscheiben (51012) und Federringe
(51013) montie ren.
- Verschlussschraube (48009) mit Dichtung (48010)
eindrehen und festziehen (s. Fig. 5-8/7).
- Öl einfüllen (s. Kap. 2).
- Verschlussschraube (48011) mit Dichtung (48012)
eindrehen und festziehen (s. Fig. 5-8/7).
Caution ! Check the true run B2 of the oil slinger;
max. tolerance see table below.
- If the tolerance is exceeded, consult a service sta-
tion (see chap. 8).
Caution ! If the true run is OK bend the tongue of
the locking plate (34113).
- Fit the nipple (34185) with socket screws (34181)
andlockingwasher(34182)(s.g.5-8/5).
Caution ! Check the true run B1 of the nipple;
max. tolerance see table below.
- Check if the suction pipe and the nozzle (34190)
in the bearing space cover (48000) are free of dirt.
Clean them if necessary.
- Check the piston ring (34191) and the nozzle (34190)
for damages and replace them if necessary (see
g.5-8/6).
- Check the bearing cover gasket (34154) for dama-
ge and replace if necessary.
- Fit the TE bearing space cover (48000) with the
screws (51011), washers (51012) and locking
washers (51013).
- Fit the screw plugs (48009) with the gaskets
(48010)andtighten(seeg.5-8/7).
- Fill in oil (see chap. 2).
- Fit the screw plug (48011) with the gasket (48012)
andtighten(seeg.5-8/7).
