Vorsicht ! Rundlauf B1 am Nippel kontrollieren;
max. Toleranz s. Tabelle unten.
- Saugrohr im Lagerraumdeckel (46000) und Düse
(32190) auf Durchgängigkeit prüfen und wenn
nötig reinigen.
- Kolbenring (32191) und Düse (32190) auf Beschä-
digung prüfen und bei Bedarf ersetzen (s. Fig.
5-10/6).
- Lagerdeckeldichtung (32154) auf Beschädigung
prüfen und bei Bedarf ersetzen.
- Lagerraumdeckel TS (46000) mit Schrauben
(76009) und Federscheibe (76010) montie ren.
- Falls vorhanden:
Drehzahlmessung montieren.
- Verschlussschrauben (46009) mit Dich-
tungen (46010) eindrehen und festziehen (s. Fig.
5-10/7).
- Öl einfüllen (s. Kap. 2).
- Verschlussschraube (46013) mit Dichtung (46014)
eindrehen und festziehen (s. Fig. 5-10/7).
Caution ! Check the true run B1 of the nipple;
max. tolerance see table below.
- Check if the suction pipe and the nozzle (32190)
in the bearing space cover (46000) are free of dirt.
Clean them if necessary.
- Check the piston ring (32191) and the nozzle (32190)
for damages and replace them if necessary (see
g.5-10/6).
- Check the bearing cover gasket (32154) for dama-
ge and replace if necessary.
- Fit the TE bearing space cover (46000) with the
screws (76009) and locking washers (76010).
- If provided:
Fit speed measurement.
- Fit the screw plugs (46009) with the gaskets
(46010)andtighten(seeg.5-10/7).
- Fill in oil (see chap. 2).
- Fit the screw plug (46013) with the gasket (46014)
andtighten(seeg.5-10/7).
