The basic connection diagrams illustrate the different types of
switching and the appropriate connections to the transformer
windings. The diagrams illustrate the connections with the
maximum number of turns in the transformer winding, with the
tap-changer in position 1.
Appendices: Single-phase diagrams
The tap-changer can also be connected in such a way that
position 1 gives a minimum effective number of turns in the
transformer winding with the tap-changer in position 1.
Even positions when having change-over selector is made by
blocking one position in the motor-drive.
