Using the EPG
Read this secon for direcons for use related to the EPG and EPG header. For direcons for use of other
system components not covered in this document, see the clinician’s manual for the appropriate device.
NOTE: Well in advance of the surgical procedure, set up communicaon between the EPG and the
programmer and controller to ensure it is funconal. Refer to “Seng Up Communicaon Between the
EPG and the Clinician Programmer or Paent Controller” (page 17) for instrucons.
CAUTION: Before the EPG or associated components are used or secured to the paent, determine if a
paent may have an allergic reacon to the materials.
