Prescripon and Safety Informaon
Read this secon to gather important prescripon and safety informaon.
Intended Use
The St. Jude Medical™ invisible trial system is intended to be used externally with Abbo Medical-approved
trial leads and extensions to deliver trial smulaon for a maximum of 30 days.
Indicaons for Use
Refer to the Indicaons for Use Data Sheet for Abbo Medical spinal cord smulaon systems.
Contraindicaons
This neurosmulaon system is contraindicated for paents who are unable to use the system.
Neurosmulaon should not be used on paents who are poor surgical risks, such as those with mulple
illnesses or acve general infecons.
Warnings
The following warnings apply to these components.
Other system components. Refer to the individual system component manuals for addional warnings and
precauons related to those devices.
Diathermy therapy. Do not use short-wave diathermy, microwave diathermy, or therapeuc ultrasound
diathermy (all now referred to as diathermy) on paents implanted with a neurosmulaon system. Energy
