cannot tolerate high atrial‑rate smulaon.
Dual‑Chamber Pacing (dual‑chamber pulse generators, CRT‑Ps), though not contraindicated for paents with
chronic atrial uer, chronic atrial brillaon, or silent atria, may provide no benet beyond that of single-
chamber pacing in such paents.
Single‑Chamber Atrial Pacing is relavely contraindicated in paents who have demonstrated compromise of
AV conducon.
