Devices are shipped in a sterile box containing:

The non‑pyrogenic label is applicable to device only and is not applicable to to the torque wrench within the
device package.
Lead Connecon
Devices with IS‑1 connectors accept unipolar or bipolar IS‑1 short terminal pin leads. Devices with IS4‑LLLL
connectors accept IS4‑LLLL quadripolar leads. Prior to implantaon, make sure leads t easily and snugly into
the device header.
These devices have a single setscrew for each lead pin. The setscrew makes contact with the pin securing the
lead within the connector while an annular spring makes contact with the proximal rings.
NOTE: Enter the lead types for each lead on the Paent Informaon screen. For addional informaon,
refer to the programmer's on‑screen help.
