The clinician
settings are
locked and
cannot be
accessed without
resetting the PIN.
This occurs after
5 incorrect PIN
entry attempts.
2 Beeps After pressing OK to
continue, write down
the 3-digit activation
code displayed on
the next screen and
call VYALEV support
at (866) 4-VYALEV
or (866) 489-2538 to
receive the unlock
code.
When setting up
the PIN, the new
PIN and the PIN
re-entered must
be the same.
2 Beeps Press RETRY and
start over by entering
the new PIN.
