Why is my entire Absen A Series Digital Signage screen black?

  If the entire Absen Digital Signage screen is black, verify that the screen power is on. Also, check if the DVI or HDMI cable is correctly plugged in, along with the main data cable. Confirm that the sending card is powered on and its running indicator is flashing. If issues persist, try replacing the sending card. Connect the computer to an LCD display to check if the graphics card is working. You might need to update the graphics card driver or, if necessary, replace the computer.
