5. Insert the test strip into the
meter in the direction of the
arrows. The meter beeps.
6. The meter beeps again and a
flashing blood drop symbol
appears
.
7. Place the lancing device firmly
against the side of your
fingertip. Remember that the
opening where the lancet
comes out is not in the center
of the cap. Press the release
button on the end of the device
all the way down to prick the
finger. The ACCU‑CHEK FastClix
lancing device is primed and
pricks the finger in a single
push of the release button.
