5. Dial to the depth selection
appropriate for the testing site.
Set the lancing device aside
until later in the test.
6. Check the Use By date on the
test strip container. Do not use
test strips past the Use By
date.
7. Insert a test strip into the meter
in the direction of the arrows.
NOTE
We suggest starting at a depth setting of 3 for palm testing. Once you perform a successful test, you may
want to find the lowest depth setting that provides enough blood with the least amount of pain.
