Criteria -The dark blemish is unacceptable when it is
more than four on blue 60 pattern

4. Dead Pixel (Bright pixel)
Procedure - Test equipment: video generator.
- Test signal: analog 1024x768@60Hz.
- Test Pattern: full black
Inspection item - Bright pixel check.
