6.2.3.1.3 Audio Section 2 – Main Tone/Message
File Name: Is the Audio File name for the message added to Audio
Section 2 (i.e.: Female Evac 1. Wav)
Repeats: Indicates the number of repeat cycles ( [infinity] to 99) that
the Audio Section 2 message will play. When an Audio Selection 2
message is added default is 1, plays Audio Section 2 message once.
6.2.3.1.4 Audio Section 3 – Trailing Tone/Message
File Name: Is the Audio File name for the message added to Audio
Section 3 (i.e.: TNTemporal Chime. Wav)
Repeats: Indicates the number of repeat cycles ( [infinity] to 99) that
the Audio Section 3 message will play. When an Audio Selection 3
message is added default is 1, plays Audio Section 3 message once.
6.2.4 Amplifier Tools Properties
Selecting the ( ) icon allows you to change the AV-AMP-80 amplifier from a standalone (default) to a PBUS
(RS485) amplifier (refer to Axis
AX
Fire Alarm Control Panel Manuals regarding PBUS amplifier programming) and
whether amplifier 2 of the AV-AMP-80 is a backup amplifier for amplifier 1 of the AV-AMP-80.
Note: If in the tools proprieties area selecting the ( ) icon, will allow you to navigate back to the AV-
AMP-80 amplifier audio message programming area.
6.2.5 Adding Audio Messages
The AV-VBM and AV-VB (non PBUS [485]) AV-AMP-80 amplifiers can be programmed with a maximum of two (2)
audio messages.
As previously indicated, each audio message of the AV-VBM and AV-VB can have a leading tone/message (“Audio
Section 1”), a main tone/message (“Audio Section 2”) and a trailing tone/message (“Audio Section 3”). Each
message section is added in sequence order; Audio Section 1, Audio Section 2 then Audio Section 3.
