3.2.2.5 S5 RTC Wake Settings
Wake system with Fixed Time
Enable or disable System wake on alarm event. Selecting FixedTime, system
will wake on the hr:min:sec specified. Selecting DynamicTime, System will wake
on the current time + Increase minute(s).
