Set Parameters of Serial Port 3 (COM3).

Enable or Disable Serial Port.
Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled].
 Device Setting [IO=C80h; IRQ=5]
 Change Setting[Auto]
Select an optimal setting for Super IO device.
