Integrated Clock Control Option.
 Use Watchdog Timer for ICC[Disable]
Enable Watchdog Timer operation for ICC.
Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled].
 Turn off unused PCI/PCIe clocks [Enable]
Enable or Disable clocks for empty PCI/PCIe slots to save power.
Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled].
 Lock ICC registers[Static only]
All registers : ICC registers will be locked.
Static only : only static ICC registers will be locked.
