4. Use a drop of thick CA glue on each mounting
screw as shown.
5. Mount the control horn using six wood screws as
shown.
Note: Repeat installation steps for other elevator
horn.
6. Gather rudder servo with double output arm and
rudder pull - pull hardware as shown below.
2 Rudder cables
4 brass swaging tubes
4 Threaded metal RC links (Not Used)
4 Threaded couplers
4 4-40 ball links with mounting hardware
2 Brass Spacers
2 Control horns with mounting bolts and nuts
7. Assemble two control horn assemblies for the
rudder as shown. The ball link goes between the
left and right sides of the control horn sides and
is secured with a nylon lock nut. Start with the
center hole in the control horn. The ball link
may be moved in or out for more or less control
throw.
