Yes Go to step 4.
No Replace the fuse.
4 Does the relay for the
service lamp and the relay
for the field lamp operate
correctly?
Yes Go to step 5.
No Replace the relay.
5 Is there damage to the
harness?
Yes Replace the harness.
No Go to step 6.
6 Do a check of the
connectors. Is there a 12
V supply to the
connectors?
Yes Refer to your approved
dealer.

terminal?
Yes Go to step 2.
No Activate the automatic
lubrication function on the
Baler Options on the
terminal.
2 Can the PTO speed be
identified?
Yes Go to step 3.
No See PTO Speed
Diagnostics.
3 Does the Bale Count
operate correctly?
NOTE: The automatic
lubrication system
function is operated by the
Bale Count.
Yes Go to step 4.
No See Needle Carriage
Diagnostics.
4 Do a manual lubrication
cycle from the keypad.
Does the lubrication pump
operate for 15 seconds?
Yes Go to the Baler Settings
screen on the terminal
and change the
lubrication pump duration
and interval.
