Warranty Services
Standard Warranty (Worldwide)
If your instrument fails during the three years warranty period, Agilent
Technologies will repair or replace the unit under the terms of your
warranty. After the expiration of the warranty, Agilent will offer repair
services at a very competitive price.
This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper or
inadequate maintenance by the Buyer. Buyer- supplied products or
interfacing, unauthorized modification or misuse, operation outside of the
environmental specifications for the product, or improper site preparation
or maintenance.
If your product is defective, contact the nearest Agilent Technologies
Service Center to obtain service for your instrument. They will arrange to
have your unit repaired or replaced.
