Prototype:
AiInt16 ApiCmdRTLCW ( AiUInt32 ul_ModuleHandle, AiUInt8 biu, AiUInt8 rt_addr,

Driver Command:
API_RT_INI_LCW (0x93)
Purpose:
This function is used to redefine the Last Command Word associated with the selected
Remote Terminal (identified by its RT Address).
