MONAURAL PLAYBACK
Monaural playback is effected in the same way as
stereo. However, if monaural recordings have been
made on both the left and right channels of the tape, at
playback time, set the left or right output level control
of the external amplifier to minimum so that only the
desire channel is audible.
Monaural headphone listening cannot be accom-
plished if different monaural recordings have been
made on both the left and right channels of the tape
(Signals from both channels are heard through
headphones).

REPRODUCTION EN MONO
La reproduction s'effectue en mono comme en stéréo.
Cependant, si l'on a enregistré sur les canaux de gauche
et de droite de la bande, placer à la reproduction l'une
des commandes de niveau de sortie de l'amplificateur
extérieur sur minimum de maniére à ce que l'on
wentende que le canal voulu.
En mono, on ne peut pas écouter au casque si
plusieurs enregistrements mono ont été effectués sur
E canaux de droite et de gauche de la bande (on
entend les deux canaux dans le casque).

MONO-WIEDERGABE
Die Mono-Wiedergabe erfolgt gleich wie die Stereo-
Wiedergabe. Wurden jedoch Mono-Aufnahmen auf bei-
den, den linken und rechten Kanälen des Bandes
vorgenommen, so muß beider Wiedergabe die linke und
die rechte Ausgangs-Pegel-Kontrolle des separaten Ver-
stärkers auf das Minimum eingestellt werden, damit nur
der gewünschte Kanal hörbar ist.
* Das Abhören des Mono-Kopfhörers ist nicht mög-
lich, wenn verschiedene Mono-Aufnahmen auf bei-
den, den linken und rechten Kanälen des Bandes
vorgenommen wurden (Signale beider Kanäle sind
im Kopfhörer hörbar).
