4.16 PIMphony Touch
4.16.1 Overview
PIMphony Touch is a software client application running on a tablet or computer using a Windows
Operating System. For more information on the minimum system requirements (hardware and OSs
supported), refer to the Cross Compatibility.
Since VoIP stack is not implemented, this application needs to be associated with a physical set. It
provides access to enterprise telephony services. This Windows app requires the network connection
to interact with OXO Connect.
PIMphony Touch can be used in only one profile: the Pro profile. A PIMphony Touch Pro license on
system side is needed.
The PIMphony Touch available features are:
