4.19 ACD applications
4.19.1 Platforms supported by ACD applications
The following platforms are supported for the Agent Assistant, Supervisor Console, and Statistics
Manager applications:
• Windows VISTA (32 bits with SP2)
• Windows 7 (32/64 bits with SP1)
• Windows 8.1(32/64 bits)
• Windows Server 2008 R2 (64 bits with SP1)
• Windows 8 (32/64 bits)
Note:
Windows 8 RT is not supported.
• Windows Server 2012 (64 bits)
Important:
ACD applications have been adapted to install the right functionalities they need corresponding to the
framework.NET version installed on PC.
For that, one of the framework.NET version must be installed on the PC (framework.NET 2.0 or
framework.NET 3.5 with 2.0 option checked or framework.NET 4.0):
• If only framework.NET 4.0 is installed, then one version of the DLL is installed for ACD applications
• If framework.NET 2.0 is installed or if framework 3.5 with the 2.0 option checked, then another
version of the DLL is installed for ACD applications
• If both versions are installed on the same PC, the DLL of framework.NET 4.0 functionalities is then
installed
In addition, the minimal display resolution of the screen must be: 1024 x 768 pixels
