An arc resistant latch is used for
the center latch only for main
incoming power units and
100 ms arc-resistant rating.
For most units, the center latch is a standard quarter-turn latch. For some units
a multi-turn latch is used.
Torque the latch to 20 lb•in +/- 2 lb•in.
