Ground Your Kinetix 3 Drive to the Subpanel
Bond the Kinetix 3 drive to the cabinet ground bus. To ground, attach a braided ground strap or
0.4 mm

(12 AWG) solid-copper wire, 100 mm (3.9 in.) long between the top mounting screw
and the bonded cabinet ground.
