» Transaction History
You can view a full list of past transactions for your installation. Click the description text of the item you wish
to view the full invoice for.
» Installation Addons
Any optional feature add-ons that your installation is eligible for will show up here. You can easily view which
add-ons you currently have enabled. You can enable or disable an add-ons at any time by toggling the Enabled/
Disabled Switch.
Enabling add-ons with an additional monthly cost will increase your monthly charge amount, and will be reected
in the “Subscription Information” area.
NOTE: You must have appropriate “Billing” permissions to view or modify installation add-ons.
» Event Logs
This area will list the logs for the installaon. The logs can be ltered by a variety of criteria by clicking on Show Filters.
» Installation Maintenance
Any items that require your aenon will be shown here. Such items include (but are not limited to) billing issues or issues with
specic devices. You will be prompted for acon, and instructed from there based on the parcular issue.
