11. The bicycle and separate components are selected
individually for each person according to weight, height, style,
conditions and intensity of riding, as well as according to
compatibility with other parts, units and components fitted on
the bicycle. Therefore, the warranty policy applies only to the
first owner, whose signature must be present on the warranty
certificate.
The seller does not assume responsibility for any damage to
the owner, their property, or to the property of third parties,
incurred during operation of the bicycle and unrelated to the
occurrence of manufacturing faults in the purchased bicycle.
The warranty policy does not cover remedy of faults and/or
compensation for any damage arising as a result of use of the
bicycle in any competitive activities, irrespective of their official
status, duration, venue, and degree of the owner’s
participation therein.
This warranty gives you certain rights. You may have
other rights under the law of the administrative territory
where you live. Please retain documents providing proof
of purchase of the bicycle.
